How We Can Help You

Training

We offer a growing curriculum of courses designed to take you from any level of skills to the highest levels of competency. This includes training in strategy and tactics to win with or without a majority vote in most levels of parliament from board meetings to political conventions.

Parliamentarian Help

We can supply parliamentarian services for political and other organizations. Not all parliamentarians are "certified" but most applications do not require a certified parliamentarian, just a qualified parliamentarian.

Strategy Planning

We have a unique offering, specific consultation for individuals or groups preparing for a combative meeting or convention. We can analyze your specific goals, needs, and rules of organization to prepare your personally or your team with a tailored plan using RRO to win in your specific meeting or convention.

Coaching

We also offer consultation/support in the meeting or convention where and when you are executing your plan!

Have us present to aid you and advise you from the rules at your meeting to help you adjust to unexpected surprises.
(Must not be a violation of your organizational bylaws or House Rules of the body for us to be a guest in the meeting.)

Bylaws/Rules Advising

We offer suggestions, help and basic sets of organizational bylaws and house rules. We can help you have standing rules or house rules for your committee or org without having a complicated mess that makes operations difficult. We also consult on changing your org bylaws, house rules and convention rules whether in committee or convention. Creating a fair set of convention rules or modifying a set that are designed to block you/cheat, is tricky. We can help!

Presiding

If you need a moderator for your initial organizational meeting or convention, we can supply one. We are not perfect but we can see you through a meeting providing competent and fair moderation from a third party, NEUTRAL, position. We do not have a horse in your race and call meetings fairly for all members regardless of the outcome of your debates, votes, and final decisions.

The laws of party reorganization (Reorg) were drafted to prevent the consolidation of power in the hands of the few and insure regular adjustment of the parties to the will of The People, the voting base, not the incumbents in government.

Unique training from experience

This program has come from decades of experience in meetings, conventions, conferences and committee meetings. Our trainer learned many of these strategies by testing them in real life, both chairing and participating in meetings and conventions.
Often fighting from the minority position reforming organizations and correcting problems, he learned how to apply the rules honestly to the advantage of the minority not just the majority.
Most people fail simply because they do not know how to apply the rules advantageously or to stop violations of the rules by MINORITIES or members who cheat to control the majority.

We are a SC based operation. Travel to your location for inhouse training must be covered or identified as covered in the minimum student number required for each course. You will also need to find/provide a location for your training. We suggest your normal meeting location.
